Superstock 600 European Championship: Victory for Loris Baz!

For his first ever race in the Superstock 600 European Championship, the young Loris Baz (15) achieved a magnificent goal when he won the event.

Loris took the lead early, and then managed the first laps with Petrucci, Black and Arcas. Greg Blag then led the race, but unfortunately he crashed and his bike caught fire on the track. There was a red flag. Then the riders started for the last five laps. Loris Baz did a beautiful job and was the leader of these last five laps. He is now leading the championship.

Loris Baz: « I am very happy. The race went really well. The fight was superb. It was an excellent weekend for me because my main opponents do not score a lot of points. My team did a great job. I had an excellent bike. Thank you to everybody.”
