The Erzbgergrodeo 2007 will also feature another new highlight for all riders and spectatcors - race promoter Karl Katoch presents the all-new RODEO-X ENDUROCROSS. Therfore inside the Erzberg arena ,directly in front of the party marquee a spectacular off-road track will be set up, which will compromise elements from The Enduro-,Trial- and Motocross sport.
The official presentation takes place on Thursday, June 7th. The fastest drivers will be evaluated in two heats on Friday and Saturday upon the 800 meters long Endurocross-parcours, equipped with hefty obstacles, gnarly trial-like sections and breathtaking jumps.
Entitled to the race the RODEO-X ENDUROCROSS are all contestants of the Erzbergrodeo, as long as they are amateurs. Factory riders and other pros are not allowed to try and snatch the Rodeo-X Trophy from the fastest amateur until the Super Finals on Saturday evening, where the top-amateurs line up against the Factory stars.
Apart from the undivided deep respect of the offroad scene the fastest rider will be awarded a very special prize: the winner gets a Wild-Card for the first starting line of the Red Bull Hare Scramble on Sunday!
