Steffi Laier out to re-secure Women''s Motocross World Championship title

The list of top results on her website (www.steffilaier.de.vu) also leaves no doubt that she doesn’t hesitate to take on the big boys whenever she gets the opportunity. Steffi was FIM Women’s World Motocross Champion in 2005 and Vice-champion last season on her KTM 250 SX-F bike. Now she has just been to KTM in Mattighofen to pick up her factory racing material for the 2007 season.

KTM lends full support to this talented young rider, who will have her 22nd birthday during the 2007 season. The company wants to ensure that Steffi is “Ready to Race” at all times and has every opportunity to further develop her skills on the women’s international motocross circuit. This season she will have the best material at her disposal and she will be able to call on advice and full support from KTM Motorsport. She will be able to concentrate all her energy and skills into securing the world champion title and adding yet another blue ribbon event to the KTM honours list.
