With just under three weeks to go until the BMW Motorrad New Season Launch, anticipation surrounding the dealership unveiling of the new BMW Motorrad models is building. The 2007 Launch takes place on Saturday 10 March at BMW Motorrad dealerships throughout the UK*, providing the public with their first opportunity to see the new G 650 X model series in all their sporting glory.

The trio of new G Series bikes – the Xchallenge, Xmoto and Xcountry – were recently featured on the BMW Motorrad stand at the MCN Motorcycle Show in London and, judging by the initial
reactions of show-goers, the public are as excited about the new bikes as BMW Motorrad Marketing Manager Tony Jakeman.

Jakeman commented, “We’ve been really surprised by the level of interest in the new G Series models. They attracted considerable interest at the MCN Motorcycle Show and our customer services team have been inundated with enquiries about the bikes and their availability. These new bikes epitomise BMW Motorrad’s brand shift, providing us with an opportunity to offer new types of exciting lightweight sport bikes to a wider audience of motorcyclists.’
