Phillip Island: Chris Vermeulen, What a weekend!

17 ottobre 2007

Well I am in Malaysia and catching my breath after Phillip Island. What an event! It was just awesome to see so many people at the Island for the Australian Grand Prix.

Also to all the people who came out and saw me on the Island Assault Tour, thanks very much! It was very gratifying to see so many people. The winner of the competition was Barry McCarthy from New South Wales. Good on you Barry.

By the way there are some cool fan photos on the web site from the tour. If you've got some make sure you send them in.

The shopping cart on the web site should be up and running soon as well, until then you can simply email my team and they’ll organise to get you the CV Authorised Range of Merchandise. ( info@chrisvermeulen.com )

Race wise on the weekend it was tough. We have to keep working hard on our Phillip Island set up and we will test there over the off season. I’m very confident about finishing the season off with some good results.

Fourth in the championship is my first goal, and third is still possible, if I can really nail the last two races.

Again thanks for your support and I’ll be in touch soon.

Hold it on,

Chris
