Confirmed the collaboration between Kawasaki PSG-1 Corse and Virginio Ferrari
“ strange the destiny, it wanted me to start my career on a green bike, Peppino Pattoni’s Panton 500, and maybe it’ s telling me that I have to close the circle with the same color, green Kawasaki!” This is how Virginio Ferrari says as confirmation of the collaboration between the ex Ducati rider, who had been almost Champion of the World in 500 category in 1979 and Champion of the world in 1987 in F.1, the category which precede Superbike, who entered in Kawasaki PSG-1 Corse team in quality of Competition Manager. His participation at the last round disputed in Eurospeedway Lausitz’ circuit points to the determination he brought entering in Kawasaki. Determination that will bring good results to the green team, as he says, and that makes him ready to stand the technical problems that don’t permit the riders to take full advantage of the ZX-10R’ s potentialities. The strategy that Ferrari wants to adopt is to make the members of the team rowing all together with the same intensity, and all of them are ready to listen to the advises that this man of great experience is able to transfer extremely naturally. Unfortunately there’s not so much time left to the end of the Championship 2007 to solve some questions but, as Ferrari says, there’s enough of inventiveness to make more steps ahead and to start next Championship 2008 in the best way even with the increased support of Kawasaki. |
